REGISTRATION & BOOKING
1. Do I need to be a FRx member to book a Paint It Forward session?

Yes, you need to be a FRx member to pre-register and participate in the Paint It Forward sessions. If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE, and you can register when you book for a session at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/PIF24.

Alternatively, approach our event crew to help you sign up for a FRx Membership, or download the FRx app on ‘Apple Store’ or ‘Google Play Store’ and sign up via the app.
2. How can I book a Paint It Forward session?

You can book a Paint It Forward session at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/PIF24 from 17 May 2024, subject to the availability at each participating mall.

There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book in a day, subject to availability. This event is wheelchair-accessible and suitable for all ages. Calm zones are also available on-site (except Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza and White Sands).
3. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for a Paint It Forward Session?

Yes, you may walk in and register on-site via https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/PIF24. However, we encourage you to pre-book via the same link to secure a slot at your preferred session, as reservations are on a first come first served basis.
4. I would like to make a booking for my family, and I am unable to add more than 1 adult to my booking. Why is that so?

Please note that bookings can only be made by an individual FRx member and for his/her children. All other adults who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking.
5. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children I can register for a single session?
-
You may only register a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking.
6. Do I need to book a slot for myself if my children are the ones who are participating in the session?
-
No, you do not need to book a slot for yourself. If your child is between the ages of 12 to 17 years old, you may register on behalf of your child using your FRx membership.

If your child is under the age of 12 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please ensure bookings are made for both the child and the accompanying adult.

Individuals who are 18 years old and above are considered adults and are required to have their own FRx membership and booking.
7. Will special assistance be provided to those in need?

Yes, participants who require special assistance may indicate their need for special assistance by selecting “Yes” during registration and our personnel will be in touch.
8. I did not receive a booking confirmation/cannot find my confirmation booking; can I still participate in the event or show up for my session?

Please note that a confirmation booking is required for entry. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk email folder for the email or contact: FRhelp@frasersproperty.com for us to provide you with the booking confirmation details again.

9. Can I make amendments/cancel my booking?

Please note that all bookings are strictly non-transferable. You may cancel your booking via the confirmation email sent to you.
11. I have made a booking for 4 people for a session, however, 2 of them are unable to attend. Can I submit a cancellation for the 2 people who are unable to attend?

Cancellations are for the entire booking party. If a part of your booking party is unable to attend, please inform the event crew on the day of the event and they will release the slots.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Is there a registration fee or minimum spend required to book a session?

Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a donation of $10 is required to be made on-site to Community Chest in support of art programmes for persons with disabilities.
2. Are there any age requirements for this event?

Children between the ages of 2 to 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. When booking, please ensure bookings are made for both the child and accompanying adult.
DONATION AND REFUNDS
1. How may I make a donation?

A donation may be made on-site at the event prior to the start of your pre-booked event session. Various digital payment modes are available for donation through Community Chest such as PayNow, GrabPay, Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay).

We regret that cash will not be accepted at this event.
2. Will I receive a receipt after making my donation?

When making your donation, you may input your email address in the donation portal to receive a receipt. A payment confirmation will be sent to your email address.
3. Will I be entitled to any tax deduction with this donation?

If you have provided your details during the donation process, tax deductions will be automatically processed for donations $10 and above.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. EVENT

The Paint It Forward Event ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 28 May – 7 July 2024 (excluding Mondays) at the following participating Frasers Property Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1 From 17 May 2024, FRx Members can book a Paint It Forward session at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/PIF24.

2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

2.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a donation of $10 is required to be made on-site to Community Chest in support of art programmes for persons with disabilities. Available payment methods include PayNow, GrabPay, Apple Pay or Credit Card.

2.5 This event is open to shoppers and their children above the age of 2 years old.

2.6 Shoppers can only register for themselves and their children with a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking.

2.7 This event is wheelchair-accessible; shoppers can indicate the need for wheelchair-accessible sessions within their event session booking.

2.8 Participants who require special assistance may indicate their needs during registration.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their allocated art jam session.

3.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.

3.3 The event will require about 45 minutes. This consists of a 10-minute introduction and choosing of art canvases, followed by 35 minutes of painting. Participants must exit the event area at the end of their sessions when informed by event crew.

3.4 Each participant will receive a goodie bag worth $25 which will include a $5 FRx Gift Card, shopping vouchers, a painting kit and an adjustable apron.

3.5 Participants are required to sign an acknowledgement form upon receiving the $5 FRx Gift Card. Failing which, the issuance of the FRx Gift Card will be denied.

3.6 Limited to 1 goodie bag per participant per session. Items within the goodie bag are strictly non-transferable and exchangeable.

3.7 Participants may choose to take a photo with their completed canvases and collect their photo print-out prior to exiting the event area.

3.8 All completed canvases will be collected and submitted to the Event Organiser to form a Community Canvas Collage to be displayed at Causeway Point Level 1 Atrium from 2 - 7 July 2024.

3.9 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

3.10 All sessions are designed to be wheelchair-accessible and suitable for all ages. Calm zones are also available at selected malls (except Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza and White Sands).

3.11 The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.
4. DONATION

4.1 Each participant may join the Paint it Forward art jam by making a $10 donation to Community Chest in support of art programmes for persons with disabilities.

4.2 This donation may be made on-site at the event prior to the start of the pre-booked event session.

4.3 Available payment methods include PayNow, GrabPay, Apple Pay or Credit Card.

4.4 There will be strictly no cash donation for this event.

4.5 Tax deduction is applicable for the donation made on-site. Participants may submit the tax deduction application at the event for Community Chest’s submission to IRAS on the donor’s behalf.

4.6 There will strictly be no refunds for all donations. Partial refunds will not be granted for no-shows or latecomers who are part of group bookings.
5. WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SESSION

5.1 Wheelchair-accessible sessions are available at all participating malls.

5.2 Wheelchair-accessible sessions vary at participating malls and have a maximum of up to three slots per session.

5.3 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to the start of their session to confirm their attendance.

5.4 Participants are to present their booking confirmation email for verification once they arrive at the event. Our event crew will assist in facilitating the donation of $10 to Community Chest prior to the start of the event.

5.5 A single caregiver may join the wheelchair user in the event area during their allotted session. Caregivers will not receive a goodie bag and painting kit but may paint alongside their loved ones.
6. OTHERS

6.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.
