A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail's multi-feature App which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 13 Frasers Property Retail developments.
Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Cross Street Exchange, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx App or through Customer Service at any malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx App or through Customer Service at any mall of Frasers Property.

The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account and must fall within 25 October 2021 to 30 April 2022 at Causeway Point.

The top 2 FRx spenders will be drawn and notified on 8 March 2022 by phone or email. Selected winners must provide their Full Name as per NRIC, E-mail Address and Mobile Number for verification purposes to determine their eligibility for the prize.
The promotion is open to all persons currently residing in Singapore with a permanent residential address, over 18 years of age, except employees of Causeway Point and Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd., their advertising agencies, retail tenants and immediate families, or anyone else connected with this promotion.
Each prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days upon the announcement of the winners, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Management of Causeway Point discretion.
If any prize is unclaimed or declined after 14 days from the date notification to the winner, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted. The Management of Causeway Point will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.
The prize is not assignable by Winner to any other party.
The Management of Causeway Point assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize or in order to attend a prize presentation or prize collection.
The Winner shall execute a Notification Letter (to be provided by the Management of Causeway Point) to provide his/her express consent to the Management of Causeway Point to disclose his/her personal data (name, mobile number, the last four digits of the Winner’s NRIC and image) to Cuckoo International (S) Pte. Ltd. for the purposes of identification in connection with the registration and delivery of the Prize to Winner.
The Winner shall, for the purposes of verification, be required to present in person the original notification letter from the Management of Causeway Point and his or her NRIC to Cuckoo International (S) Pte. Ltd. on the scheduled appointment date and location as determined by Cuckoo International (S) Pte. Ltd. when claiming the Prize.
Cuckoo International (S) Pte. Ltd. shall be under no obligation whatsoever to register the Prize in the name of any person other than the Prize Winner as notified in writing by the Management of Causeway Point to Cuckoo International (S) Pte. Ltd.
The Management of Causeway Point reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx member QR code in the App when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx members must present same-day, same-mall transactions along with their FRx member QR code in person at mall Customer Service, Level 2 to earn Frasers Points.
6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

8. The Management of Causeway Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
