1. What are FRx Gift Cards?
FRx Gift Cards are stored value cards that may be used to pay for goods and services at participating stores at the Malls of Frasers Property. FRx Gift Cards are available as physical or digital gift cards.
2. What are the differences between a physical and digital FRx Gift Card?
FRx Gift Cards in your FRx e-wallet can be used just like a regular physical gift card, the only difference is that it’s digital. FRx Gift Cards were introduced on 25 May 2018.

You can also transfer the balance of a physical gift card to FRx Gift Card by registering it to your Frasers Experience (FRx) account. FRx Gift Cards are stored in the FRx e-wallet.

FRx Gift Cards can be used to make purchases at participating stores at the Malls of Frasers Property.

3. How do I transfer the balance of a physical Frasers Property Gift Card into FRx e-wallet?
The physical Frasers Property Gift Card have been phased out and no longer accepted at retailer outlets. We are unable to transfer the amount as all physical Frasers Property Gift Card has expired.
4. Where can I purchase FRx Gift Cards?
FRx Gift Cards can be purchased within the FRx app or at the malls listed below. Only NETS payment is accepted for purchase of FRx Gift Cards at our Customer Service.

5. How do I use FRx Gift Cards?
You simply need to flash your FRx QR Code, present your FRx Gift Card or a copy of your authorised email at the point of payment at any participating stores of the Malls of Frasers Property.

FRx Gift Cards can be used to make full or partial payment of goods and services at participating stores. Should the stored value in the gift card be insufficient to offset the purchase amount, payment for the balance amount can be made via any other mode of payment as accepted by the retailer.

FRx Gift Card loaded to your e-wallet may also be exchanged for FairPrice vouchers. Visit Customer Service at participating FairPrice stores located within the malls of Frasers Property for assistance. Except for Hougang Mall and White Sands, please approach FairPrice's store personnel for exchange of FairPrice vouchers. The redeemed FairPrice vouchers are eligible for transactions at FairPrice stores within the malls of Frasers Property.

FRx Gift Cards can be used by shoppers of all ages. There is no restriction.

6. How can I check the balance of my FRx Gift Card?
You can view your FRx Gift Card balance via the FRx app. Alternatively, you may approach any of our customer service counters to check your card’s balance.

7. When do FRx Gift Cards expire?
All FRx Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
8. How much can I load to my FRx Gift Card?
FRx Gift Cards can have a loaded value of up to a maximum of S$990 per FRx Gift Card.
9. Where can I use the FRx Gift Cards?

FRx Gift Cards can be used at any participating store across all participating assets within Frasers Property Singapore.

10. Can I add more than one FRx Gift Card to my e-wallet?
Yes. You may add multiple FRx Gift Cards to your e-wallet, each card has a maximum limit of $999.
11. Can the monies in FRx Gift Cards be converted to cash?
No. Refund of used/unused FRx Gift Cards is not permitted. Refer to the full terms and conditions governing the use of the FRx Gift Card.
12. Can the FRx Gift Cards be replaced if lost or stolen?
No. Lost or stolen FRx Gift Cards will not be replaced and the unutilised value will not be reimbursed.
13. Can the FRx Gift Card be replaced if faulty or damaged?
Yes. A FRx Gift Card can be replaced if it is faulty due to production defect, and the unutilised value will be transferred to a replacement card at no cost. However, if the gift card is damaged/mishandled (e.g. defaced, scratched or bent), a replacement fee of $10 will be levied.
14. How do I replace my faulty/damaged FRx Gift Card?
Replacement of faulty FRx Gift Cards can be done at the Customer Service at the Malls of Frasers Property stated above. The original faulty card must be presented at the point of replacement. The unutilised value from the faulty card will be transferred to a new replacement card for immediate use.
15. How do I make a corporate purchase?
Simply email corporatesales@frasersproperty.com for bulk purchases. Payment may be made via cheque, electronic funds transfer or PayNow.
16. If I no longer have a valid mobile number and wish to withdraw my balance monies from my e-wallet, can I do so?
Yes. Please approach Customer Service at the Malls of Frasers Property for assistance to convert your balance monies from your e-wallet to a physical FRx Gift Card.
