Creating Spaces for Good - Because #AcceptanceMatters.

At Frasers Property Singapore, we believe that true inclusion transforms lives and enriches our communities. That is why we have joined hands with St Andrew’s Autism Centre, Mastercard and other passionate organisations to shine a light on the importance of embracing individuals on the autism spectrum. Together, we are creating spaces and a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and cherished – because everyone deserves to belong.

As Singapore's largest suburban retail mall owner and operator, our malls are more than just shopping destinations – they are vibrant social hubs committed to accessible, inclusive experiences for everyone, including neurodivergent individuals on the autism spectrum. At the heart of this campaign is a commitment to nurturing greater awareness and compassion within the community. By driving awareness, challenging prejudice and overcoming the stigma surrounding autism, we can play an important role in fostering understanding and kindness towards persons with disabilities.

In line with our commitment, we are proud to support the #AcceptanceMatters campaign as the official media partner, reinforcing our broader mission to create pathways towards empathy and inclusivity. By creating safe and supportive spaces for all, we aspire to build communities where everyone, regardless of their abilities, feels truly welcome.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Through our industry-first Inclusion Champions Programme, individuals with different needs can enjoy positive inclusive experiences at our malls. Having dedicated over 1,000 hours to tailored inclusivity training for our frontline employees and tenants and working closely with like-minded partners, we ensure that everyone feels valued, respected and supported.

But that is not all — To foster a more comfortable environment for those with sensory needs, we have introduced Calm Hours at 79 participating retail outlets across our malls. On Mondays and Tuesdays, noise is reduced and in-store lighting is dimmed to offer a comfortable and supportive space. We are proud to partner with brands like 4Fingers, Adidas, Eu Yan Sang, OSIM, Starbucks, and many more, to ensure these individuals can feel at ease while enjoying our community spaces.

People, Places and Processes — Shaping Inclusive Spaces

Inclusion begins with the way we design our malls and the experiences we create. Through initiatives like our Inclusion Champions programme, we work closely with retail partners to enhance accessibility and make every visit more welcoming. We are dedicated to creating places where you can shop, relax and spend time with your loved ones, knowing that your needs are thoughtfully met.

As we work to champion inclusivity and support for persons with disabilities, we strive to cultivate a deeper culture of empathy and acceptance within the communities we serve.

Our actions bring to life our Purpose — Inspiring experiences, creating places for good. To that end, we are deeply committed to advancing our placemaking efforts to uplift and empower individuals of different needs and foster greater inclusivity across our spaces.
