Packed with over 25 different spices, they are available in mutton, all-mix vegetables and mushrooms. Pair your choice of Galawat kebab with Ulte Tawe ka Paratha — a type of bread that is uniquely cooked by different heat distribution on the inverted side of the griddle. Alternatively, a soft handkerchief-thin bread called Roomali roti also complements the kebabs well.
For those who prefer other vegetarian options, try the soft melty interior texture of Fauladi kebab or Dahi ke kebab. The Fauladi kebab is stuffed with fresh spinach, handmade ginger and garlic paste, cumin, green chillies, and pistachios for an added crunch, while the Dahi ke kebab is made with yoghurt and a hint of cottage cheese, producing a creamy smooth textured kebab.
Other menu highlights include Bhatti ka Murg, a pan seared chicken marinated in whole spices, and Apple Jalebi, a dessert tailored to suit the palettes of most Singaporeans.
