One lucky draw form will be issued with every purchase of 12 donuts from 25 May till 30 June 2015.

Each lucky draw form is considered valid only if it is attached with an original valid receipt.

All completed lucky draw forms are to be deposited into the 12 lucky draw boxes located at all Singapore Dunkin Donuts' outlets except Changi Airport Transit outlets.
