B. REDEMPTION

1. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, Frasers Rewards members must scan their member QR code at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same Frasers Rewards account.

2. For supermarket spending, member must present same-day same-mall receipts at Customer Service to qualify for instant rewards redemption. Alternatively, member can submit supermarket receipts via the Frasers Rewards app within 24 hours for earning of points only.

3. All instant rewards  are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind. 

4. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service Counter.

5. The Management reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

C. LUCKY DRAW

1. The management and employees of the organiser are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

2. Frasers Rewards members earn 1 electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent (for Volkswagen Touran) and $50 spent (for cruise) each day group wide within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when Frasers Rewards QR code is scanned at participating stores.

3. Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a daily basis, e.g. if you spend $30 today, you receive 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $10 today and $20 tomorrow, you do not qualify for any chance.

4. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, eg. if you spend $40 at a store, you receive 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in 2 transactions, you receive 2 lucky draw chances.

5. The lucky draw for Voyager of the Seas Cruise will be conducted at 1 Woodlands Square, #05-08 Causeway Point, Singapore 738099 on 10 May 2018.

6. The lucky draw for Volkswagen Touran will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, #03-01A, Singapore 119958 on 16 Jul 2018.

7. The winner will be notified by post.

8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

9. Prize car excudes Certificate of Entitlement, Additional Registration Fee (ARF), Goods & Services Tax, Road Tax, registration fee, insurance, IU installation, servicing package and other incidentals.

10. The car must be registered by Nov 2018.

11. The organiser reserves the right to donate unclaimed prize to a charity of its choice or replace the price with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.

D. OTHERS

1. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

2. Information is correct at the time of printing. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.


Terms & Conditions (Voyager of the Seas Cruise)

1. Travel is valid only on 26th November 2018 and subject to cabin availability and final confirmation. Booking must be made by 31st August 2018. No amendment and cancellation are allowed once booking is confirmed.

2. Winner must travel together with his/her nominated guests on a twin-sharing basis within a cabin.

3. Availability and details of the itinerary are subjected to amendments without prior notice.

4. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind, in part or in full.

5. All applicable taxes, surcharges, shore excursions, visa fees, insurance and incidentals incurred by the winner and his/her nominated guest are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and his/her nominated guest.

6. The winner agrees not to hold Chan Brothers Travel and Royal Caribbean International liable for any claim arising from the prize.

7. The winner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Royal Caribbean International. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port-of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice.

8. Chan Brothers Travel reserves the right to substitute tour components, if unavailable at point of booking, with alternatives of similar value. 

9. Both winner’s identity card and original prize letter must be presented upon reservation for verification and there is no replacement for loss of prize letter.

10. Taxes and surcharges borne by the winner.
