26 January 2018 Chef Forest Leong One of Singapore’s most prominent training instructor and professional trained chef, Chef Forest Leong together with her husband Sam Leong runs their restaurant “FOREST” at Resorts World Sentosa. In her free time, she conducts cooking workshops at heartland community centres. She will be demonstrating dishes, Thai Fish Maw Soup with crabmeat & Wok Fried Prawns in Thai Style Curry.
27 & 28 January 2018 Chef Pung Lu Tin The award-winning Chef Pung is the director of Tasty Court Restaurant and has with him 39 years of experience as a Chinese cuisine chef. On top of the many accolades, he also appeared as one of the weekly celebrity chefs in Channel 8 variety programme “The 4 Chefs – 四大名厨”. He will be demonstrating dishes, Deep-fried Prawn Roll, Steamed Fish Maw Stuffing with Oyster Sauce, Fried Prawn with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce and Fried Nian Gao with sweet potato filling.
